Josh Johnson

A Master of connection and influence

Josh Johnson is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Sergeant Major with 30+ years of leading America’s elite warriors in the most challenging environments. Having served 7 combat deployments around the globe, he understands that active leadership, at every level, is always the answer.  Josh served in every leadership position within the Special Forces and retired as the 1st Special Forces Group Master Trainer, responsible for all advanced skills training and credentialing.  

Josh has continued to make a leadership impact since retiring from active duty.  He has served as the Director of Training and Leadership Development for West Shore Home, VP of Leadership Development for Talent War Group, and as the Director of Programs for the Special Operators Transition Foundation, helping our military’s most elite veteran talent find their next careers.  In addition to his remarkable, decorated career as a Green Beret, Josh also holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership.
