Joe McNamara
Meet Joe McNamara, a leader forged in the crucible of military service as a former combat-decorated U.S. Marine Corps ground force commander. He led elite teams through multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan and was then selected to command and lead Marine Corps Drill Instructors where he mentored and coached the leaders responsible for training our nation’s next generation of warriors.
Kevin Dale
Meet Kevin Dale, a retired U.S. Marine with over 25 years of dedicated service with Marine Reconnaissance Units. His tenure in the military has equipped him with profound leadership skills and a deep understanding of team dynamics in the most challenging environments. Kevin’s experience includes both leading elite teams on the battlefield through multiple combat deployments, and instructing at special operations training commands, where he focused on developing the skills of upcoming leaders.
Matt St. Clair
Meet Matt St. Clair, a retired Marine Corps officer who’s spent three decades shaping leaders and cultures in ways only few can. As an infantry officer, Matt commanded powerhouse units like the Battalion Landing Team 3/8, and the Marine Air Ground Task Force 26 MEU; managing more than 2,500 personnel and leading them through intense combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His knowledge for culture-building and strategic thinking landed him as the Military Assistant in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Josh Johnson
Josh Johnson is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Sergeant Major with 30+ years of leading America’s elite warriors in the most challenging environments. Having served 7 combat deployments around the globe, he understands that active leadership, at every level, is always the answer. Josh served in every leadership position within the Special Forces and retired as the 1st Special Forces Group Master Trainer, responsible for all advanced skills training and credentialing.
